I’ve been going here for over a year now and Meggie was the best but has left. Sandra took over and did a great job.
There is a new manager however who was really quite rude and aggressive over the fact that I wanted to see the beautician that I booked with. She said you cannot choose but you can and I did through treatwell.
She was also rude about the fact that one of her colleagues told me I wouldn’t be charged a fee for changing the date but she decided she wanted to charge me.
I was just very surprised as I’ve always had the best service but this new manager needs to relax

So my wax was pretty quick and it meant I was in less pain so for that I was grateful. The lady who administered the wax was great.
However the manager was less than pleasant, she spoke to me as if I were a child when I was trying to explain a simple issue and I was definitely not happy about that. Not sure if I will return
