Nice place. Very nice facial and shoulder massage and I would have loved it but I was in and out in 30 mins. I paid for a 1h15 treatment at £55 so yes very very disappointed which is a shame as I thought I was going to love the place. The manager is supposed to call me on Monday. Hopefully it was just a mistake and they can do something about it.

Second male wax visit here after a decent first visit, but unfortunately it will be my last. Therapist not as good as previous and then had a very awkward encounter when I was charged extra for the treatment! Paid £22.50 for back and shoulders, was told at end that was just for the back and that I should pay another £15 for shoulders! Everywhere else I have been include the two together.
