The massage was amazing and the lady made me feel so comfortable. The premise was perfect too :) really recommend this.

Therapeutic Massage
If you're looking for a review of the therapeutic massage, I can't help. The therapist and I realised we had our wires crossed and the therapeutic massage offered at Affable was different to what I was after (for me, therapeutic massage is like a yoga massage with stretches and breathwork; here it's a light-touch massage so not what I needed).
I had the deep tissue instead which was more expensive but was more suitable. A really firm and thorough massage which did hurt - but then muscles hurt when they haven't been looked after and that was my fault.
If you're looking for the kind of treatment that does more than address niggly knots and actually WORKS your body back into shape then this could be just what you need. The therapist is so knowledgeable and skilled she knew exactly how hard to apply pressure so it was purposeful and bearable. My only advice is be honest if it hurts - or she'll push harder!
