Everything was perfect but I left with a few hairs still on my legs (nothing major). I was asked for feedback by the Beauty Salon so I let them know and they offered solutions right away. I could have gone back to get it fixed for free in the next couple of days but unfortunately I was going away and I had already epilated the remaining hairs that same evening anyway. Very pleased with their reaction though! Since everything else was absolutely perfect I would recommend this place.

Fantastic. The best massage I've ever had. Great facial, though no extraction (though that could just have been due to my skin type). Really great customer service and professionalism. Will 100% be back again.
