I had to ask for what was being done on my face, what was being applied and why, rather than the therapist explaining it herself. Aso, no steam was applied, which is a part of facial (especially for an exfoliating one). Finally, you didnt ask atteh start about any allergies etc. Its too expensive at £40 compared to the service received.
