The deep tissue massage was excellent, Sandra paid close attention to the areas I said were problematic. Facial was also good. Sandra asked if my back was feeling better after the massage and I said it was still aching (I didn’t expect an instant fix!) so she demonstrated some lower back exercises for me to do! Outstanding service and highly recommended.

I went for eyebrow & eyelash tint + shape. The beauty therapist was polite and quick. My eyebrows are perfect. Only complaint is on Treatwell it should say there are steep stairs & no lifts.

I've been here many times and have been perfectly happy. Today was no different. In fact, on this occasion they were actually double booked and had to keep me waiting about 20 minutes (it's the first time this happened). However, they handled the situation really well, asking after my comfort and giving me tea. 5 stars for excellent handling of the situation.
