Although staff are very professional and friendly the room set up and the massage itself left me more frustrated than relaxed. There was a large wall clock so the whole hour I could just hear tick ticking. This was also the first time I’ve ever had a massage where the therapist only used one hand for about 80% of the massage. I’m also pretty sure she was sitting down for most of it. This was not a massage but a oil rub even when I asked her to increase the pressure. The massage was pointless.

Not so luxury as described. Very friendly staff. Massaged face for a while. Then puts on a mask saying she will be back in 10. However, returns after 25 mins to check on you. Wouldn’t recommend this service. Staff however is lovely. Try to offer you additional services and book next appointment. Won’t be going again.

Klara was amazing, my partner was booked for the deep tissue as he has a trapped nerve in his neck, and he feels so much better afterwards. so kuch so he wants to go back for another next week!! I had the aromatherapy and Klara decided that I needed some deep tissue too due to the amount of tension I was holding in my shoulders. I feel great, we will both definitely be going back!
