I booked an aromatherapy massage but didn't get any aromatherapy oils, just the base oil. The lady doing the massage seemed relatively good but did not keep my feet covered so I got quite cold, she did not ask if I wanted my stomach done so I feel I missed out on quite a large part of the massage. The bed was uncomfortable when lying on my back and there was no filler cushion for the head hole, she offered me a rolled up towel which was more uncomfortable! She did not ask me why I was there just assumed relaxation was the reason as the only options were relaxation or deep tissue on the form so I had to tick relaxation but had many reasons for being there. I contacted them after to give them a chance to change my opinion of their service but over a week later and they haven't responded.

The masseuse (Rebecca - I think) was lovely, a great mix of professional and personable. I got a lower price due to the time I booked, so it was definitely an affordable treat! The two downers were the steep stairs to get into the clinic and due to the location the outside noise.

As always, a fantastic service, very relaxing and theraputic massage - just the thing to take your mind off work for half an hour! I usually see Tali as she knows now where to concentrate on my back and neck and would always highly recommend her.

The therapist Rebecca was brilliant, friendly, informative and knowledgeable and my Microdermabrasion was fantastic.....will definitely be going back for more treatments.. I have the next one booked in already... Thanks Tracy

I had an Indian head massage followed by dermerlogica facial. All lovely, therapist checked that pressure was ok throughout and also told me each step she was about to do. Very pleasant lady. My only complaint would be the music coming in from outside in the background but clearly can't be helped. Maybe turn the relaxing music up a notch?
