I've been here many times and have been perfectly happy. Today was no different. In fact, on this occasion they were actually double booked and had to keep me waiting about 20 minutes (it's the first time this happened). However, they handled the situation really well, asking after my comfort and giving me tea. 5 stars for excellent handling of the situation.
