Expected bettter but it was no where near basic standard. The place itself was not clean, the aircondition above the treatment bed was very dirty and every time I opened my eyes, had to see that first. At least when I go for facial or spa, expect nice ambience and cleanliness.
The therapist was very unprofessional and all she cared is selling her other services. She gave me dirty towel to pur on me. When i said it is dirty, she was saying do not have better one, and gave me another dirty one, Had nothing to do but use it to cover myself as had to take off the top. Her phone was ringing contnously , and I could barely relax. She was exfoliating my face, when she left and came back after maybe 15\20 min.
So not sure how worse can be the experience.
When she put on the mask, i tried to relax, but she was cleaning the stuff there and causing noise, that really annoyed me.
Worst ever in my life.
Dirty place with unprofessional therapist.

The treatment was really nice indeed. The reason I have deducted some is because of the massage table had no cut out for the face, which keeps the neck straight and is more comfortable over the time. I can't lay on my forehead as my long nose is in the way - so if you don't have that problem - go for it! Very nice staff!

I had a Hollywood wax with Simin. She was very friendly and chatty, plus the treatment room was nice and clean. The wax itself was extremely painful! I have had this treatment done numerous times at other salons and it has never been this painful. That evening the pain got worse and I couldn't really walk - it felt like it was burning. I was shocked to see the 'area' was bruised and extremely red. The next morning I called and Simin was very nice. She told me the bruising, pain and difficulty walking was a normal reaction (something to do with having thick and curly hair and it being summertime) and that I should be fine after 48 hours. She also said I could have a free wax the next time I go.
It has been 48 hours and I am still in a lot of pain and bruised. In my experience this isn't normal and therefore I won't be returning.
