My waxer was quite young. I would have been more comfortable with an older woman helping me. Felt odd to have a woman my age give me a full bikini wax.
That was the only downer. The area was very clean, everyone was kind, and the ambience - background music- was soothing. Thanks for a quick job!

Really good wax overall, took longer than expected but very pleased with the results as the therapist was very careful. Very reasonably priced, will be back!

I usually have Attiya for my Hollywood, but I had to be rescheduled and I had one of the other women. I don't actually remember her name but she was really bubbly, and very thorough with the wax. She gave me lots of advice for aftercare and was very chatty and polite, even bought me a glass of juice afterwards.

Kathryn was very good. I was very impressed. Massage was amazing and I found it helped me with a sore arm & shoulder post-surgery. The room was tiny with some residual water on the floor but the quality of the treatment kind of made up for that. Nice music playing, etc. I would definitely recommend her. My only tiny niggle is that would've liked a bit longer on the extractions (a necessary evil when it comes to facials!) Kathryn spent plenty of time with me too, so it worked out to be very good value. Watch out for oily hair, as a fab head massage was included. Good to be warned (I rushed to buy a headband after, as I was meeting a friend!)
