This was only my second waxing appointment and the first time here, so I thought I was going to be a little bit nervous, but Rani was so chatty and friendly that it was over before I realised it! I had booked whole leg and bikini, but my lower leg hairs weren't quite long enough, so I ended up choosing upper legs and Brazilian. It's nice that you can change last minute! Overall, a very good experience - would definitely recommend.

A good thorough wax (bikini, leg & underarm) - the therapist did a good job. Was slightly rushed, but quality didn't seem to suffer.
One aspect about the room - both times I've been (this & previous occasion) there has been no chair or stool for you to put your clothes on. This time I asked & a stool was brought in. I would have thought this was an essential for the room, as what are customers meant to do - dump their clothes on the floor?
A small criticism also - there were no paper/disposable knickers available.
