I called 2 days before to confirm the appointment and to make sure they were individual lashes. Than I received a phone call the evening before to tell they emailed about a patch test which I never received and that they couldn't do my lashes for the appointment I booked. They never bothered to call me about this or inform me when I called to confirm the booking. Eventually found out that the actual beautician who was suppose to do the lashes went somewhere last minute. A word of advice to this venue is not to lie to your customers. They called me back later to confirm they could do it in the end. The lashes are OKish but definitely had better ones before.
