I booked the appointment online for 4:30pm on Sat 14/10. But the day before I got an email saying my appointment had been rearranged to 4:00pm - even though I didn't want it much moved. I got a phone message saying they were confirming the 4pm appointment. There was no mention of any apology for it being moved without any request from myself.
I therefore called the salon to say I couldn't make 4pm but was told that was what it had to be.
I questioned why the website allowed me to book a 4:30pm appointment when the salon couldn't do a 4:30pm appointment? And was simply told that they didn't know!
So I am not impressed with the fact that I booked a time online but it couldn't be achieved by AF Beauty.

Second time having this facial - excellent value for money. My therapist was nice and asked what I wanted to focus on. Had hoped for more extractions as in my first facial here as there were some spots post treatment that I subsequently removed. Skin has looked great since treatment so will definitely be back. Only criticism is unfortunately you have to put up with the surly Toni & Guy staff at the start but thankfully you’re not here to have -a treatment with them!
