I am a regular here, but had a different lady to usual. She was nice and I have to say much more thorough than the usual lady I have, in that sometimes I find that the usual lady misses some of the 'inside' areas. However, I got so many more ingrown hairs (I usually get one occasionally, maybe every few waxes), without changing my exfoliation routine.

Second time - went for a shorter finish which will look more subtle in the office. Delicately applied and a very relaxing experience, the fumes are a teeny bit strong and made my eyes water involuntary but that didn’t last long. The last set looked great for three weeks and then shed semi naturally. Stay away from moisture for at least 24 hours and gently brush the lashes very gently to maintain. I recommend highly!

Overall good, however somewhat overshadowed by a lot of noise from staff from the hairdressers which shares the premises. Not exactly relaxing.
