Aransha was wonderful, on time, very quick and pretty painless. She's incredibly thorough and a real asset to the company. She's also very friendly and puts you at ease. The only suggestion I have to make it an even better experience (and this is for both therapists as I've had the manager too several times - she's also pretty good) is to check how wide the strip people like. I find other salons have such conversations prior to waxing to make sure everyone is on the same page. Not a huge issue at all, as although I think I like mine slightly wider, it still looks good!
