The therapist was friendly and made me feel at ease, and let me change my treatment to hot wax rather than strip wax no problem. However, she used the hot wax on large areas rather than small strips which made it very painful - more so than I have experienced before. This also resulted in the breakage of some hairs which meant that I have since had to pluck/shave as the hot wax didn’t pull out these hairs.

Organised, thoughtful host. She was very thorough and even used tweezers to catch some of the stubborn hair. (I had a Brazilian wax). I'd definitely go back to this salon.
