Leg and bikini wax were fine.
Staff on the whole were polite enough but I think my therapist thought she was being friendly by telling me I needed a Hollywood wax and that I shouldn’t be shaving my arm pits. All it did was make me feel like rubbish and make me uncomfortable.
Also the room was so hot and boiling hot - not ideal during a hot wax.
Wouldn't come here again.
