It was not the first time and the first time was not that bad, but I have been probably very unlucky that day. After waiting for more half hour, they took me to a room that was not properly cleaned and the paper seemed already been used. The staff, although kind in manners, had a painful way to remove hair, when I said it was painful she apologies many times but didn't change the way the wax was removed. They had to close the office and could clearly feel they were all rushing. Very bad experience, as I said I had already have wax there before once, but won't come back. Very bad memory from that day in that location! A shame as the location is convenient!
