It was a terrible experience. The room is in a broom closet and the bright ceiling lights were never dimmed. The microneedling machine was broken so she got some manual needle machine that was so painful, I couldn't finish the treatment. My face is bleeding and numb from where the needle touched my face. The room was dirty and I could see someone else's hair on my bed and pillow. What a waste of 150 quid
