The treatment room is under Toni and guys, so the initial impression is a little busy and frantic. You're led downstairs and asked for a drink, then you go to a small treatment room.
The room is nicely decorated with calming music. Unfortunately the sound does travel from the next door room, so it's not quite as calming as you want.
I gave five stars as the massage was sublime. Best I've had. The massage oils smell gorgeous, the massage itself truly relaxed me, and at the end they press warm towels which is both comforting but also ensures you are not as oily. Would definitely come again.
