So disappointed booked 1hour and 10 min full body massage, was in treatment for just under an hour, massage only on back not front. Massaged 3/4’s ofmy legs and 3/4’s of my back, after she had finished had to ask for my lower back robe massaged which she did for 5 min otherwise would have finished even earlier. Told lady not happy with the length v’s what I’d booked and paid for and that wasn’t what I’ve had previously from there or anywhere only being massed on back. She said best to come during the week as it’s quieter. I’m sorry totally unacceptable, didn’t relax during massage as I was thinking it she actually going to give me what I’ve booked and paid for.
