After reading other reviews I was expecting a first great experience at this salon but what I got was a very painful wax. The wax being too hot even after mentioning a few times, I'm still a bit red and sore over two days later (I'm a regular waxer too)!!! The therapist was lovely but won't be returning as once was bad enough.
