I don’t usually leave reviews but I was really dissatisfied with this salon. Firstly, the member of staff who gave me my wax was very young, quiet and nervous, instantly making me nervous too. There was no music, or anything to create a relaxing ambience. She did not take time to pull the skin taut before ripping the wax and it was extremely painful. I am left with lots of broken hairs, blood spots and an awful red rash that is very visible. I was told that this is ‘normal’. I would not recommend this salon to anybody and I think that untrained or inexperienced members of staff should not be allowed to do such an intimate wax. Very disappointing and stressful experience.

I had an eyebrow wax and a Hollywood wax. Both ladies were fantastic; very professional and very thorough. They instantly made me feel at ease and I am very happy with the results. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
