No directions or visible indication at the entrance to the ground floor hair salon, to walk through to go down the stairs, so waited a while for busy salon receptionist to direct me.
The treatment area is a bit pokey and the corridor a bit cluttered, but the therapist was lovely and thorough.

I have a sensitive skin and i strongly recommend hot underarm waxing for those that have sensitive skin it dont hurt so much and Aransha thay did my session is fantastic! Kudos with her as well as my eyebrow threading is excellent and doesnt hurt that much
