Senior Beautician was so lovely. Made me feel really comfortable and the Salon was so understanding when I rang as I was running a few minutes late. Meaning that the Beautician herself would then be running late in going home. She paid real attention to detail and caught my every last hair. Advised me about another treatment that would be useful for me in the future and explained it to me fully. I will definitely be booking in for this treatment and the new one recommended with this Beautician again.
