There was a mix-up with what the App had booked with the salon itself. I booked a ‘Wax 3 for price of 2’ but the salon only thought I had booked a Hollywood wax. (I had pre-paid for all 3 upfront).
I wasn’t pleased with the Manager’s response - saying I would have to email someone to get a refund for the other 2 wax bookings. However, the beautician ‘Waxpert’ was professional and efficient and managed to complete all my wax treatments - fitting the extra ones in, after her final customer.
