From the moment we first communicated, Michelle was warm and friendly, making me feel comfortable and reassured. She was considerate about any discomfort the treatment caused and was patient with me when I needed to take a minute. She thoroughly explained about the healing process and gave me all the info I needed. Will definitely use again for any further treatment.

I had Botox & dermal fillers with Michelle. I was completely new to fillers so a little nervous. But Michelle explained every step of the treatment & was reassuring the whole way through, always checking on my comfort & wellbeing. Really pleased with the results & will definitely book again. I had the plasma pen treatment on my upper eyelids. Michelle listened to what I wanted & explained the whole procedure. She made sure I was comfortable throughout & gave very thorough aftercare advice. Very professional & friendly. I’m very happy with the results, would highly recommend.
