The venue was clean and comfortable. The treatment was occasionally painful, but this was to be expected. Michelle was very friendly and relaxed.

From the moment we first communicated, Michelle was warm and friendly, making me feel comfortable and reassured. She was considerate about any discomfort the treatment caused and was patient with me when I needed to take a minute. She thoroughly explained about the healing process and gave me all the info I needed. Will definitely use again for any further treatment.
