Unprofessional and they have gone so up on prices. It is a shame that it is the only clinic in Stratford. Raised an issue with them about 5 weeks ago and they still have not contacted me. My husband went for the teeth whitening and we did not notice any change in shade at all! Waist of money and time. I would not recommend it to any one. The ones who go there, just be aware.
I am quite happy until now, I have six session for two side. I had my first session. Staff was nice .

I got my teeth done and i was really satisfied with the result. First of all i was late for my appointment but they manage to rebook me one for the same day, when i came back though i had to wait a while for a another customer to finish, i didn't mind because the place was quiet and relaxing. The receptionist was friendly and the process of my treatment was simply as well as comfort; i could heap praise it all day but over all it was a good first experience though i would say the location is quite tricky to find, being in a legal advice company building and all.

my appointment was at 5 pm and reached there 5. 30pm because couldn't find the place then rang to the shop few times. eventually made it to the shop. and they didn't carried out the procedure told me i am late. i explained i couldn;t find the place but they gave me another oppointment. what can i say! lets see the outcome of the facial. but at the moment i am not sure i will go again.
