Had a lovely time going for this treatment. The staff were charming, everything was bright and clean and comfortable, and best of all my skin texture has really improved thanks to this treatment. Well worth it!

Should be a relaxing beauty treatment, but what it was was so far removed from this. The beauty room is in a small, dirty, white washed room with no character. The lighting is bright and like that in an office. The temporary partition wall offers no sound proofing, so unprofessional conversations about staff members and clients were overheard. The over powering smell of wax was the only giveaway that this space was a beauty room. Shouldn't this wax be in a separate room to a relaxing beauty treatment?
Needs some effort for decoration, such as a picture on the wall. Offers of water would be nice.
Music would have been nice, at least to dull out the drone of typing and filing going on in the room next door, not to mention phone calls and staff gossip.
I felt like I needed a shower after leaving here as the space was unclean.
Overall, the treatment was basic and the staff were unprofessional. No uniforms or simple clothes were worn, but rather bright pink tracksuits that made you think they had just ushered someone off the street to do the treatment.
To make it worse, a different woman completed the treatment as the previous lady had another client. It's embarrassing enough to take your clothes off for a stranger, let alone two.
I won't be coming back.

Lost thee inches in one session and a further each in the two remaining sessions. Very pleased with the results.
