I went there for a cryolipolyses treatment. Emy and Echo very really nice and professional. They accommodated the change of treatment I had originally booked with the other branch on the Strand.
The treatment room and waiting area are plain, but the best thing is that it is really clean and quite - no noise from the outside, so we can have a peaceful and relaxing time.
Only the second treatment so not sure how effective but the venue and staff are really good it's fairly quiet so a peaceful hour or two to lie down and relax

Clean and professional looking treatment room. Had a lovely chat with the beauty therapist who thoroughly cleansed and massaged my face. The only thing I was disappointed with was she applied a sheet mask, which I thought was slightly misleading (feels like something I could do at home!). Nonetheless, my skin was smooth and supple for several days afterwards.

It's not a luxurious place to go for a treatment but it's very clean and the wax treatment its self is very good. The woman who works here is very friendly and does a really good job but the salon feels as though it's been hidden in an office block!

It's a bit of a hidden salon and not the greatest entrance but once you're in its absolutely fine and what you would expect from a salon. It's really good value and the staff are friendly and do a really thorough job. Overall I would go back here.
