My appointment was moved 30mins earlier but was disappointed when I wasn't informed via a phone call - just got an update from treatwell itself without any sort of explanation. The description and procedure advertised was a microdermabrasion, but when I showed up, I was offered a glycolic peel instead! Despite all this confusion, the procedure itself was fine, and my skin was indeed softer and brighter afterwards.
