Very difficult to rate, as the actual treatment was good and done very quickly. Staff were very abrupt and verged on rude. It didn't feel very clean (hair all over the floor, threadbare towels, stuffy smell) and if it wasn't for the fact I was in a rush, I would have cancelled the treatment. I will not come here again.

I am a regular here because of the great location, great prices and friendly staff. It's in shared offices, so go knowing that it's on the fourth floor and you need to sign in downstairs.

Music on the background would be a great way to make the whole experience 5 star. However, the service was amazing and the glycolic peel was definitely worth a try. I'm definitely coming back.
