I’d never had a pregnancy massage before but would recommend this one. Felt really relaxed after and it helped with my sore legs. Colin was good and made me feel comfortable.

Very relaxing experience and kind staff. The floatation tank was lovely with its little lights in the ceiling and was so spacious that it's less likely to feel the claustrophobia you sometimes might feel on a floatation pod.
The towels provided were soft and smelled so good that it contributed to the experience. There were lots of products (hair products, moisturising cream, etc.) and combs outside although I didn't notice until I was about to leave.
Only suggestion of improvement I would make is making sure that the tap handles in the shower get some kind of silicone cover or some other mechanism to allow their manipulation once the hands are wet while taking a shower. I had to use the small towel provided to dry the face to be able to turn the tap on and off.

Our appointment was cancelled 5 min before we arrived because the temperature was too cold and we wouldn’t be able to use the floating tank today. My friend had commuter from Lewisham (+/- 3 hours) and went to great lengths to arrange baby care so she can enjoy the floating experience on Mother’s Day. As we were turning back home in disbelief and great disappointment the spa called us to say that they had read the temperature wrong and we could return and do the treatment today. They apologised but this has affected how positively we experienced our treatments.
