I was so disappointed in the treatment I received. I was initially really excited to have an LED facial and I even booked a microneedling facial for three weeks after but I cancelled this after my LED treatment. When I first went in, I was asked to sign a consent form and the lady seemed only interested in me signing one part and was not helpful at all when I asked questions about the form. It seemed like she was in a huge rush with another client and just wanted me to sign straight away. She then took me into the treatment room. The room was lit by one small lamp, was very cold and you could hear everything going on outside. No soothing music, was just asked to lay down and take my shoes off and cover my chest area with a towel. I wish I could have kept my coat on as the room was so cold. The lady then gave me a short facial to remove my makeup and then put the led device on my face. She then left me for 20 minutes and I ended up being left there and not checked on. So much so that when the led light turned off, she left me there another ten minutes. Overall I was left in a cold quiet room with a heavy mask on my face for 30 minutes. After I left I decided I wouldn’t be coming back for my second treatment as I didn’t think it was worth the good money I paid. I understand that things go wrong sometimes but I felt like I wasn’t looked after at all.
