Had a Hollywood wax from a groupon deal, overall the service was fine only left some hairs out here and there but fine though. The only problem is the new location, it’s inside a corporate building and the lady has a small room from the building. Going in there I had to text the lady I was outside for her to come out, and needed to get my photo taken to get into such a corporate business building. Which was uncomfortable in itself. Then the lady who did my service took me to the first floor into her small room which I guess she’s renting. During the time there she mentioned not to do groupon voucher (£10) and next time to pay £25 as it’s cheap. In my head I thought okaaaaayyyy..... but overall was fine.
