I had a pleasant experience. It was my 2nd session of a Glycolic peel that I bought off Groupon. Eva, my therapist was lovely. The temperature of the clinic was quite cold though and could do with a bit of sprucing up.

The shop and location are a bit drab with a run down appearance so is a bit off putting. However, Ana is lovely, warm and so helpful I will continue to return and am having different treatments now. It's true about judging a book by its cover!
