first time getting a body wrap and I am happy with the result although the body wrap only gets rid of water stored in your body i was still happy with the results. Eva was excellent and explained everything to me before and when she was applying the treatment. Definitely would go back again maybe for another treatment.

Booked treatment through the website for later on the same day. When I arrived at the clinic the therapist, Anna, was somewhat stressed as somehow the booking had been made in a slot that was meant to have been removed from the system for that day. However, despite consequently being overbooked, Anna was determined to ensure that the treatment should still happen, albeit with a short delay - her enthusiasm and commitment to her clients being very evident to see. As a medical practitioner with experience of providing cosmetic medical treatments, I am very particular about how prospective patients are dealt with and the manner in which risks/benefits/limitations of treatments are explained. I am also quite fierce about attempts to upsell/oversell treatments. Fortunately none of that was an issue with Anna. She took a fairly detailed history - both medical and with regards to expectations of the treatment - and explained the planned treatment (including what other options might be worthwhile) in a simple and clear manner. The process was both very professional and very pleasant and I will happily be recommending the clinic
