Matilna charged me extra after she completed. Rather than telling me the extra price she was intending to charge PRIOR to starting treatment. Then had the audacity to tell Treatwell a diff story!! Very unprofessional and not a good look for potential customers thinking about using her services in the future. She is not transparent about the price at all. Making an extra £5 is more important to her, than thinking about professionalism and how it makes her look to customers. Just be transparent.
