Elena was absolutely brilliant! I came in for a pre-holiday wax and eyelash tint, and she made the whole experience so smooth and relaxing. She was careful, efficient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. On top of that, she’s genuinely lovely to chat with, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I left feeling prepped and pampered. Highly recommend!
