Elena was lovely, kind and caring. She was professional and gave me a very relaxing facial which was very much needed after I’d heard some tragic news. She was attentive and asked me if I wanted the lights turned off and asked if I wanted to know more about the process of what she was doing or whether I wanted silence. I would recommend Elena.
