Elena is very friendly and her attention to detail is impeccable. She's very good at explaining what she is doing, particularly during treatments I've never had before - for example I had my first lash lift with Elena and she let me know exactly what she was doing. Thank you Elena!

I have now become a regular at Elena’s. Every time the results are great - quick, clean (so important!) and flawless. It’s probably the best waxing experience I have had in West London over the years trying out a few places in Fulham, Earl’s Court and Ealing.
