Fran was amazing. Explained everything to me so was fully informed. Fran recommended sending off photos of the mole I wanted to remove just for reassurance which made me feel so much better. The treatment was so quick and painless I couldn't believe it. I am only a few days post treatment but I know exactly what to expect.over the next few weeks. Thank you Fran! X
