I booked a 1hour30min luxury facial. I was on the bed for 34 mins! I was confused so paidxss as d left. I queried first thing the next morning and was given a poor excuse. I checked my booking - clearly says 1hour30min luxury facial. I got a mini facial at best. Given a goody bag at end butcc c would have preferred the luxury 1hour 30min facial I booked and paid for. Lady asked what she could do to rectify? Refund? Another booking? So many options to fix. 1hr30 luxury does not equal 30min mini.
