Had my first ever Hollywood wax here and Charlotte was so good at putting me at ease, making me feel comfortable and also did a brilliant job of the wax too! It genuinely was nowhere near as painful as I thought it would be and I’ll be re-booking x

Charlotte is professional and takes time in making sure everything is OK. She was reassuring when filing my nails (I don't like that part of the process) and made me feel comfortable. It's a lovely airy, welcoming room and she also made me a drink. I would recommend Charlotte every time and it's also good value for money, especially with the attention to detail.
