Charlotte is professional and takes time in making sure everything is OK. She was reassuring when filing my nails (I don't like that part of the process) and made me feel comfortable. It's a lovely airy, welcoming room and she also made me a drink. I would recommend Charlotte every time and it's also good value for money, especially with the attention to detail.
