First time visit with Charlotte as it was a last minute booking. Venue easy to find with parking outside. Charlotte is lovely and the deep tissue massage was amazing - she is really skilled at finding 'problem' areas and working on them. She made sure I was conmfortable with everything. Will definitely go back :-)
