Appointments & Cancellations
- Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations may result in the loss of your deposit or prepaid session.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.
Medical Information & Liability
- Please disclose all relevant medical information before every treatment.
- Clients must follow all aftercare advice and practitioner recommendations.
- Aesthetic Zone cannot accept responsibility for complications arising from undisclosed medical information or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Payments
- Full payment or an agreed payment arrangement is required before treatment begins.
- Instalment options may be available for eligible treatment packages, subject to agreed terms.
Children
For health and safety reasons, children must be supervised by another responsible adult during your appointment. Our team cannot provide childcare.
Vouchers & Credit
- Gift vouchers and clinic credit can be redeemed against eligible treatments and packages.
- Vouchers and credit cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change is given.
