Jade is a very professional hair dresser! She pays attention to detail and takes her time to cut and style my hair as I wish. I have recently moved from the West End but it is so worth to travel and get my hair done by Jade. I strongly recommend her!

I had my haircut by Jade. I was slightly late owing to childcare issues. When I arrived I apologised profusely and was met by a very frosty response. I didn’t really mind this, as I appreciate I was late which isn’t ideal. However, as time went on, it became more and more awkward with the hairdresser making several jibes at me for being late. We didn’t speak at all during the session apart from her asking what I’d like initially and then repeatedly making comments about me being late. I wouldn’t have minded so much as I appreciate that it was my fault for being late, but I was the only customer in the salon for the duration and the atmosphere created was unbearable. When my haircut was complete, the stylist simply stood up and walked off into the back of the shop without saying anything, so I awkwardly got my coat and left. The cleanliness of the salon also wasn’t amazing. There was thick dusk layering the bottom of the mirrors. Overall, the haircut I received was decent, but I would not come back here because of the dreadful atmosphere and completely unempathetic staff.
